Location: the Meditaton Room is on the 3rd Floor of Jönköping University’s Library. Take the elevator in the library to the 3rd floor, go in the corridor at your right hand, turn left to find the Meditation Room.

Kind reminder: 

1.Please send a message to sevenpadmameditation@gmail.com or 0723158828 if you would like to join and the number of people you are if you bring friends so we will prepare sitting cushions accordingly. 

2.It is best to wear loose clothing when you meditate;
