About 7-Padma Meditation in Jonkoping

Why meditate?
On one level, meditation is a tool. It can help combat stress, fosters physical health, helps with chronic pain, can make you sleep better, feel happier, be more peaceful, as well as be more present.On a deeper level, meditation is a doorway into  knowing who we realy are.

You can find guidance and instruction with us crafted to meet the needs of the individual from first-time meditators to those with many years of practice. 

7-PADMA MEDITATION is a group for people wanting to experience deeper presence, awareness and compassion through meditation approach. If you are interested in learning about meditation techniques or develop your meditation experience, you are most welcome to join the community!

[GROUP ACTIVITIES]
1, Teaching events on meditation   
Meet experienced meditation teachers from Tibet, Nepal or Sweden and learn how to do different forms of meditation, to name a few, mindfulness, calm-abiding meditation, clear-seeing meditation, compassion meditation and so on. 
2, Weekly group meditation 
We have group meditation once a week on Saturdays, each time 1 hour.
Besides listening to teachings on meditation and group meditation, it is very importantto practice sitting meditation on a daily basis so that we can truly experience the power of meditation. Therefore we suggest that you individually try meditate daily at home for 1-2 times, each time 10 to 30 minutes.
